My favorite shellfish of all time, shrimp is succulent, sweet with a nice bite to it. This shrimp recipe is sure to have everyone raving about it for a while. Tangy, spicy and fresh from the cilantro, what is not to like really. Once the shrimp turns pink and turns from translucent to opaque, you are done. DO NOT OVERCOOK!
