Ribeye Steak Sandwich with Tahini Swiss Chard (Seleq)

One of my go-to sandwiches after work and takes less than 30 minutes to make. Make sure you get a nicely marbled ribeye for this recipe, and ideally 1 to 1½ inch thick steak. The Swiss chard tahini dip balances the salty richness of the ribeye and the tomatoes add some acid to balance. I like my meat medium-rare but feel free to cook to the desired doneness you like. Try it and you will understand me a bit more.
