Kubbeh bil Sanieh (Baked Bulgur & Meat Pie)
A layered masterpiece of crispy bulgur dough and fragrant spiced meat filling, baked to golden perfection. A comforting and impressive dish that brings people together around the table.
Knafeh Nabulsieh (Crispy, Gooey Cheese Dessert)
A buttery, crunchy layer of shredded phyllo dough filled with melty cheese and soaked in aromatic orange blossom syrup. The ultimate indulgence, crispy on the outside and irresistibly soft inside.
Harisseh (Semolina Cake)
A perfectly round, tender semolina cake (at times with hints of coconut), baked until golden and drenched in fragrant syrup. Topped with crunchy almonds for the perfect sweet bite.

In this hands-on class you will:

Explore three delicious and impressive-to-serve round dishes: one main dish and two desserts

Learn about the traditions and variations of each dish.

Learn the diamond pattern that will add art to your dishes.
4
Make your own round dishes in small groups.
5
Enjoy your creation with 2 variations of tea: a) mint with sage, and b) cardamom, cinnamon and wild thyme.

One ticket purchase is valid for one guest.

Seating is first-come, first-served.

Class duration is approximate and may vary by 15 minutes.

All guests planning to consume alcohol must be able to produce a valid government-issued identification to prove they are 19 or older. Non-alcoholic beverages are available.

Please notify us 48 hours in advance if you have any dietary restrictions. If we are not notified ahead of time of any special needs, we may not be able to accommodate them.

Classes are also suitable for children 12+ who are passionate about Middle Eastern cuisine. Children 15 and under must be accompanied by a ticket-holding adult, tickets are required for entry.

Payment in full is required at the time of registration and all sales are final. No refunds are offered on classes and events. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel a class or event due to unforeseen circumstances, inclement weather or otherwise. In the event of a class or event cancellation, we will contact you directly at the phone number or email address you have provided to offer a full refund or credit to transfer to a future class or event. While we are not able to offer credit, transfers or refunds for last-minute illnesses, work-related conflicts, personal emergencies or events beyond our control, you are always welcome to send someone in your place, as we understand that these things do happen. If you are purchasing this class or event as a gift, please provide this cancellation policy to the recipient, as the policy will still apply.
