In Ramadan 2025, the Four Seasons Amman collaborated with Thuraya to supplement their banquet with Thuraya dishes rooted in heritage and heart. This created an immersive dining experience that celebrated the warmth of home-cooked Levantine flavors—elevated with the elegance expected at one of the world’s finest hotels.
Key Highlights:
✔ Curated a month-long Thuraya Iftar menu to supplement existing menu, featuring:
- Samkeh Harra (Spicy Fish with Cilantro & Tahini) as a signature main dish.
